Al-Ayen University receives His Excellency the Minister of the Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof Dr. Nabeel Abdulsahib and the Ministerial Committee for the electronic education in Iraq online
The Respected Chancellor of Al-Ayen University Prof Dr. Shafik received His Excellency the Minister of the Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof Dr. Nabeel Abdulsahib and the Ministerial Committee for the E Education in the Ministry online. The purpose of the visit was to follow up on the attendance and electronic exams at the colleges and departments of the University.
His Excellency was also received by the Vice-Chancellor for Scientific Affairs Asst Prof Dr. Haider A Marhoon, Vice-Chancellor for Administrative Affairs Asst Prof Dr. Atheer Y Audah, Dean of Pharmacy College, the Head of E Education Unit Asst Prof Dr. Qutaiba Abdulkareem and Dr. Ali B Roomi
The Chancellor of the University presented a brief description about the achievements and Activities of the University in the field of education and scientific research and highlighted the quality improvement of the University in scientific research and holding international scientific conferences, pointing out the upcoming third international scientific conference on November 4th this year. Besides presenting the University's activities including signing global and local scientific agreements, creating Al-Ayen Scientific Research Center, Radiation Protection Unit and Al-Ayen award for the Iraqi Scientific Researcher
Regarding the management of automation and attendance final exams for the current year, the Deanship of the colleges and the examinations committees were directed to provide all exams requirements including conditioned halls, drinking water, dealing with emergency case on occurrence, ensuring health and safety measures through social distancing and using face-masks and sterilizers.
His Excellency, the Minister praised and appreciated the efforts paid by Al-Ayen University in the field of Scientific Research, managing the final attendance exams, the infrastructure and the development at the University to be a scientific edifice referred to as stature
