The motto of Al-Ayen University at this stage is ((exams are the honor of the University)). We have devoted ourselves to meet the full meaning of the this motto in accordance to health and prevention procedures. The exams have proceeded under the direct supervision of the Chancellor of the University Prof Dr. Shafik and members of the central examination committee, the Vice-Chancellor for Administrative Affairs Asst prof Dr. Atheer Y Audah, Dean of Health and Medical Technology College Prof Dr. Fadil I Sharrad, Dean of Pharmacy College Asst Prof Dr. Qutaiba Abdulkareem and Head of Scientific Affairs Department Dr. Ali B Roomi.

The prevention procedures included but not limited to sterilization and fumigation  for the halls, testing students temperature before entering the halls, commitments to social distancing and providing face-masks and sanitizers  in accordance to the instructions of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the resolution of the higher authority for National Health and Safety
