The most important of which were a member at the Evaluation and Equivalent of the Certificates of pure science at the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations, the chairman of the committee to prepare syllabuses about the Radioactive pollution in oil in the Department of Research and Development, Chairman of the committee to determine the Acceptance rate, Scientific Competence, quality of laboratories and Human Resources in 5 college Universities.
