The Head of the Citizens Affairs Division at Al-Ayen Iraqi University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mu’taz Salman Hassan, participated in the workshop organized by the Citizens Affairs Department in the office of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which was held at the Ministry headquarters in the presence of representatives of public and private universities. The workshop addressed mechanisms for developing the skills of employees in the Citizens Affairs Divisions and discussed solutions to improve the level of services provided, in addition to reviewing and simplifying procedures and activating electronic services to speed up the completion of citizens’ transactions and enhance the quality of institutional performance.
