As part of strengthening academic and institutional cooperation between the colleges of Al-Ayen Iraqi University, the College of Engineering Council paid an official visit to the College of Education. The visit was led by the Dean of the College of Engineering Prof. Dr. Firas F. Kadhim, and attended by the Dean of the College of Education Prof. Dr. Hussein Al-Husseini, along with several council members and faculty members from both colleges.
During the visit, discussions focused on ways to enhance academic cooperation between the two colleges. This included curriculum coordination, the exchange of scientific expertise, the organization of joint workshops and seminars, and the encouragement of scientific research and practical applications that contribute to student development and support the educational process.
The two sides also discussed the possibility of developing joint research projects in the fields of engineering and education and explored ways to exchange expertise in modern technologies and innovative teaching methods.
Prof. Dr. Kadhim emphasized the College of Engineering Council's commitment to supporting the College of Education's initiatives and contributing to the development of educational and research programs in line with the university's vision and academic plans.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Al-Husseini expressed his appreciation for the visit, emphasizing that strengthening academic partnerships between colleges contributes to raising the quality of education and developing the research skills of students and faculty members.
This visit comes as part of the university's efforts to solidify the principle of academic cooperation among its colleges and to foster an integrated educational environment that supports the scientific process and achieves high-quality academic outcomes.
