The workshop, titled “Empowering Women Leadership for Effective Political Participation,” was held under the auspices of the Women's Affairs Division at Al-Ayen Iraqi University – College of Pharmacy on Saturday, January 24, 2026, in Hall (Ph6).
The workshop aimed to develop the leadership skills of the participants, build awareness of rights and legal frameworks, enhance self-confidence, and equip them with strategic planning and public service tools, thus contributing to women's effective political participation.
The workshop was presented by Ms. Zahraa Abdul Rahim, and witnessed a distinguished attendance and positive interaction that enriched the discussions and reinforced the importance of women's role in leadership and decision-making positions.
