The College of Engineering at Al-Ayen Iraqi University continues its work with the examination committees tasked with finalizing the results of the first semester exams. This intensive work is being carried out by specialized committees under the direct supervision of the Deputy Dean for Acedemic Affairs, Dr. Sarmad K. Dhiab.
The examination committees' work includes meticulously reviewing exam papers, verifying grades and ensuring their accuracy, completing both electronic and manual data entry, and documenting results according to established procedures. This process guarantees integrity, transparency, and academic fairness for all students.
The college administration is committed to daily monitoring of the examination committees' work, providing a conducive environment, and offering the necessary technical and administrative support. This ensures that results are finalized within the specified timeframes in preparation for their announcement after the completion of the auditing and official certification procedures.
