The University Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Education held a workshop entitled "University from Within: Skills and Challenges," aiming to highlight the university life from within, develop students' skills in dealing with academic and psychological challenges, and build a balanced university personality capable of success and excellence.
The workshop addressed the most important aspects that students face during their academic journey, such as time management, adapting to the university environment, coping with academic pressures, and boosting self-confidence, as well as developing communication and decision-making skills.
The workshop was presented by Asst. Lecturer Ibtihal Hussein Haddar, who contributed to enriching the discussion with an interactive approach, encouraging students to ask questions and share their experiences, which created a positive and productive atmosphere for the workshop.
This workshop is part of a series of counseling activities that the University Psychological Counseling Unit is keen to organize to support students and enhance their academic and psychological journey on campus.
