The College of Engineering at Al-Ayen Iraqi University continues its work with the examination committees tasked with finalizing the results of the first semester exams. This is being accomplished through intensive efforts by the specialized committees, under the direct supervision of the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Sarmad Kadhim Dhiab.
The examination committees' work includes meticulously reviewing exam papers, verifying grades and ensuring their accuracy, as well as completing both electronic and manual data entry and documenting results according to established procedures. This ensures integrity, transparency, and academic fairness for all students.
The college administration is committed to daily monitoring of the examination committees' work, providing a conducive environment, and offering the necessary technical and administrative support. This ensures the timely completion of the results, which will be announced after the official auditing and certification processes are finalized.
This is in line with the commitment of the college to implement the instructions and regulations issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and its continuous commitment to improving the quality of academic and administrative performance, and providing the best educational services to students, in order to enhance the engineering education process and achieve solid scientific outcomes.
