A delegation from the Central Committee of the Student Affairs and Registration Department at Al-Ayen Iraqi University, comprised of Asst. Prof. Dr. Mu'taz Salman Hassan, Lecturer Farah Wasfi Tahir, and Lecturer Dua'a Ibrahim Hassan, visited the Student Affairs and Registration Branch at the College of Engineering as part of the university's efforts to enhance administrative oversight and ensure the quality of services provided to students.
The visit aimed to directly observe the department's operations, monitor the administrative procedures followed in receiving and processing student applications, and audit student transactions and official records to ensure compliance with applicable ministerial and university regulations and instructions.
The visit also aimed to identify and address any observations to contribute to improving administrative performance and enhancing the level of services provided to students.
The visit included monitoring the department's daily work processes, examining file and record organization methods, and verifying the application of approved standards in academic and administrative transactions, reflecting the college's commitment to providing a modern and transparent educational and administrative environment.
The Deanship of the College of Engineering affirmed its constant commitment to cooperating with the central committees and working in accordance with official instructions and approved regulations to achieve the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency and transparency in all the work of the division, which contributes to providing outstanding services to students and enhancing the quality of the educational and administrative process in the college.
