Students from the College of Engineering Technology at Al-Ayen Iraqi University actively participated in the central ceremony, "Following in Fidha's Footsteps," held to honor female graduates from Iraqi universities who wear the veil (abaya). The event was attended by a significant number of academics and students, adding a cultural and social dimension to the occasion.

The students demonstrated their outstanding presence in the accompanying events, showcasing creative performances and eloquent speeches that reflected their commitment to academic and social values. They emphasized that education and knowledge are fundamental to women's empowerment within and beyond the university community.

This participation is closely aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly:
