As part of the Visiting Professor Program and to enhance scientific and academic cooperation and foster collaboration with international universities, the College of Engineering at Al-Ayen Iraqi University hosted Dr. Salah Hassan Kadhim Al-Ansari, a visiting professor and representative from Carlos III University of Spain as part of the college's ongoing scientific and academic activities.
The visit included scientific and academic meetings with the Deanship of the College of Engineering and several faculty members. Discussions focused on prospects for joint scientific and academic cooperation between Al-Ayen University and Carlos III University of Spain, particularly in the areas of scientific research, exchange of academic expertise, joint supervision of postgraduate students, organization of conferences and scientific workshops, and the activation of academic exchange programs for students and faculty members.
The meetings also addressed ways to develop engineering curricula to align with international standards and to benefit from the established academic and research practices of leading international universities, thereby contributing to the advancement of higher education at the university.
