In the presence of the respected Deputy Chancellor of Al-Ayen University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon, and the support of the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, Prof. Dr. Rafid S. Al-Jabouri, and the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Raed N. Al-Obaidi, the student Hamad Abdullah Shaher, one of the students of the College of Engineering Technology, inaugurated his first photography exhibition, on November 3, 2024, entitled The Beauty of the Marshes between its Dryness and Greenery, which was held at the University Center. The exhibition won the admiration of the attendees for the student's distinguished photographic works that demonstrated his artistic skills and ability to embody aesthetic moments, expressing a creative talent and ambition towards achieving more successes. This comes within the framework of the quest to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (Sustainable Development Goal No. 14: Conserve and sustainably use the resources of the seas and oceans for sustainable development)
The exhibition included a distinctive display of many photographs that embodied the beauty of the marshes. The photographs included various scenes of the picturesque nature, including blue waters, green trees, and wildlife that live in that area. The photographs reflected the contrast between the dry and green seasons, which added depth and creativity to the exhibition
