Al-Ayen University’s Administrative Structure Includes the Department of Student Affairs and Registration
Al-Ayen University has an administrative unit known as the Department of Student Affairs and Registration,which is primarily responsible for efficiently managing admission and registration processes across the university’s colleges and academic departments.
The department also monitors admission rates and provides annual statistical reports on the number of enrolled male and female students.
As part of its sustainable policy, Al-Ayen Iraqi University annually welcomes many high school students (both male and female) for introductory tours of the university facilities and colleges to raise their awareness and encourage them to choose suitable scientific specializations.
1. Health and medical technologies welcome students from Asad Baghdad School for Distinguished Students
2. Engineering Technical Technology welcome student from the Martyr Mustafa Jamal Vocational School.
Al-Ayen Iraqi University colleges also participate in workshops, seminars, and scientific lectures aimed at encouraging young women to choose suitable specializations.
