Al-Ayen Iraqi University has established several specialized units and offices that promote diversity, equality, inclusion, and human rights across the campus. These include the Continuing Education Unit, the Women’s Empowerment Unit, the Human Rights Unit, and the Legal and Claims Division. Together, these bodies are tasked by the university administration to implement policies, organize awareness programs, and conduct training sessions focused on equity, inclusion, gender empowerment, and the protection of human rights. These efforts reflect the university’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and fair academic environment for all members of its community.
