Complaints Box in the Office of the University President: • Goal: This box represents the formal and highest mechanism for submitting any complaint or grievance (appeal). Its placement in the President's office ensures that important issues, such as rights and salaries, reach the highest decision-making authority for consideration. 2. Employees Affairs Division (Subordinate to the Financial and Administrative Affairs Department): • Core Duties: This Division is directly responsible for everything related to employee affairs, including disbursement of salaries and wages, promotions, leaves, and other financial and administrative entitlements. • Role in Appeal: Any appeal related to salaries or financial rights will inevitably pass through this division for review, auditing, and final decision from an executive standpoint. 3.
