1. The First Al-Ayen Scientific Forum Opens: A Visionary Initiative to Support Education and Scientific Research in Iraq
With pride and honor, under the generous patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and the esteemed supervision of the President of Al-Ain University, Professor Dr. Shafiq Shaker Shafiq, the first Al-Ayen Scientific Forum was inaugurated in a grand ceremony held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Al-Nasiriya Park. The first Al-Ayen Scientific Forum featured more than 140 exhibitions and activities from various university colleges, reflecting the diversity and richness of the university's academic offerings. This event comes within the framework of the university's commitment to achieving academic and scientific excellence, encouraging outstanding students to develop their skills and discover their research capabilities, with the aim of building a bright future that contributes to scientific and technological advancement in Iraq, serves the community, and achieves sustainability.

2. The president of Al-Ayen Iraqi University inaugurates the first job fair at the College of Pharmacy in cooperation with the Pharmacists Syndicate in Dhi Qar, the College of Medicine, and Al-Ayen University Teaching Hospital. The event witnessed the participation of several leading pharmaceutical companies, in addition to a series of lectures delivered by experts and specialists to enhance the skills of graduates and enable them to enter the job market with confidence and competence. This fair is a significant step towards strengthening the partnership between graduates and employers and reflects Al-Ain University's vision of supporting its students and graduates and consolidating cooperation between the academic and industrial sectors, thus contributing to the development of pharmacy in Iraq.

3. On Sunday, July 28, 2024, the College of Dentistry at Al-Ayen Iraqi University in Iraq held a workshop entitled "Optimal Use of the Dental Chair." The workshop, presented by Assistant Lecturer Zaid Hadi Yasser, aimed to teach fourth-year dental students from various dental colleges across Iraq the safe and effective use of dental chairs, maximizing their operational efficiency and thus extending their lifespan. This workshop is part of the college's efforts to enhance the practical skills of its students in the field of dentistry and ensure their readiness to handle dental equipment efficiently during their work at the university's specialized dental teaching hospital.

4. On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Ain University in Iraq organized an exhibition of modern medical devices, with the participation of the Department of Optometry, the Department of Radiology and Ultrasound, and the Department of Anesthesia. The exhibition included practical demonstrations of modern medical devices, where students from the participating departments provided detailed explanations of how the devices work and their applications in the medical field. It also included awareness activities aimed at promoting the dangers of drugs as part of the university's efforts to enhance health education and encourage student participation in community activities. A team from the Ministry of Health attended the event to monitor the implementation of Global Entrepreneurship Week activities. This underscores the university's commitment to supporting innovation and integrating theoretical and practical education to graduate qualified professionals capable of contributing effectively to the development of the health sector.

5. Faculty and students of the College of Pharmacy contributed to several community service activities as part of the Mirbad Al-Ayen Festival held in Al-Nasiriyah Park. These activities included food-drug interaction and AIDS.
