As part of continuous field monitoring to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations, the Deputy Dean for Acedemic Affairs at the College of Engineering, Al-Ayen Iraqi University, conducted an inspection tour of the examination committees in the college's departments.
The tour aimed to assess adherence to the approved examination regulations and guidelines, monitor the procedures for organizing examinations within the halls, and ensure that a suitable examination environment is provided for students, upholding the principles of fairness and transparency.
During the tour, the Deputy Dean emphasized the importance of adhering to established procedures, strengthening cooperation between the examination committees and the teaching and administrative staff, and addressing any issues promptly to contribute to the success of the examination process and the achievement of the institution's academic goals.
