Under the "Read with Engineering" initiative, a number of engineering students from Al-Ayen Iraqi University visited the Iraqi International Book Fair in Baghdad to promote student participation in cultural and literary events across Iraq.
During the visit, the student delegation met with Mr. Omar Al-Sarai, Secretary-General of the Iraqi Writers Union, who welcomed the delegation and expressed his readiness for continued cooperation with Al-Ayen University in upcoming international events and exhibitions.
This visit reflects the university's support for students' engagement with the cultural landscape, fostering intellectual awareness, and encouraging their participation in intellectual and literary gatherings. This aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), which focuses on promoting lifelong learning opportunities and developing students' skills and knowledge.
