Students from the Biomedical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, Al-Ayen Iraqi University, held a humanitarian event dedicated to supporting the blind and raising community awareness of their needs.
The event included a range of activities aimed at highlighting the challenges faced by the blind in their daily lives, in addition to student initiatives to create a more inclusive and understanding environment for their rights and requirements.
This initiative reflects the College of Engineering's commitment to engaging its students in community programs, fostering a sense of humanitarian responsibility, and establishing a culture of support for people with disabilities, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
