The Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs of Al-Ayen Iraqi University, Prof. Dr. Naseer A. Hussein participated in the graduation ceremony of the eleventh graduation batch of Sumer University. The ceremony was held under the patronage of His Excellency, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and was attended by an enormous number of officials and academics, including members of Parliament, university presidents and their council members, and the graduates' families.
Prof. Dr. Naseer A. Hussein was accompanied by the Dean of the College of Law, Asst. Prof. Dr. Khalid K. Awda, and the Director of the Scientific Affairs Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Maitham T. Al-Mousawi. The ceremony included academic and celebratory segments that highlighted Sumer University's academic journey, in addition to the graduates reciting the university oath and the honoring of top-achieving students.
In conclusion, he extended his sincere congratulations to the Chancellor of Sumer University, Prof. Dr. Adel Radhi Al-Zargani, praising the excellent organization and academic standard of the event and wishing Sumer University continued progress and success.
