The College of Education Council at Al-Ayen Iraqi University hosted Dr. Ali Al-Tamimi, Director of the Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Department, and members of the Central Scientific Committee, along with Professor Dr. Imad Al-Din Al-Mutawalli, Director of the Quality Assurance Division at the college, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. The meeting was dedicated to discussing the development of the college's academic system.
The meeting included a detailed presentation on the most important requirements of academic and institutional accreditation standards. The presentation outlined the essential steps that must be followed to achieve a high-quality education that meets the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education and aligns with international standards. It also addressed mechanisms for improving performance, enhancing the efficiency of academic programs, and strengthening the learning environment to ensure continuous development and enhance the college's standing among its peers.
Attendees emphasized the importance of cooperation between academic departments and quality assurance units to achieve the desired goals, stressing that adherence to accreditation standards is a crucial step towards raising the academic and administrative level of the college.
