How to Apply

    Carefully read the full description of the grant, including its objectives, funding limits, and timeline.

  2. Check Eligibility Criteria
    Ensure that you meet all eligibility requirements listed in the “Eligibility & Application” section.

  3. Prepare Required Documents
    Typically includes:

    • Research Proposal

    • Budget Plan

    • Institutional Support Letter

    • CVs of Principal Investigators

  4. Submit Online Application Form

Research Grant Application Guidelines


These guidelines aim to assist researchers in preparing and submitting applications for internal or external research grant opportunities. All applicants are expected to carefully read and follow the instructions to ensure eligibility and completeness.


1. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a full-time faculty member or researcher at the university.

  • Submit original research that aligns with the university's research priorities.

  • Have no pending or unresolved reports from previous funded projects.

  • Collaborative proposals are allowed but must designate one Principal Investigator (PI).


2. Required Documents

Each application must include the following:

  1. Research Proposal (PDF format)

    • Title, objectives, methodology, timeline, expected outcomes.

  2. Detailed Budget Plan

    • Breakdown of funding requested (equipment, materials, etc.)

  3. CV of Principal Investigator

    • Highlighting relevant research background.

  4. Institutional Support Letter

    • From department head or dean.

  5. Ethical Clearance (if applicable)

    • For research involving human or animal subjects.
