In the extent of the ongoing preparations for the launch of the anticipated Creativity Carnival, the Deanship of the College of Engineering Technology at Al-Ayen University held an expanded meeting with the organizational structure of the Carnival. The meeting aimed to discuss the focus areas and coordination mechanisms between the committees to ensure the organization of an event befitting the college and its creative students.
The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs Asst. Prof. Dr. Raed N. Al-Obaidi, and members of the organizing committees. It reviewed the organizational plans, event scheduling, and the distribution of tasks to ensure integrated efforts among the participating teams.
The Deputy Dean emphasized the importance of this event in highlighting the youthful energies and engineering creativity that represent the identity and spirit of the college. He emphasized that the Carnival will be an open erina for innovation, combining engineering thought with creative imagination.
