The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Engineering Technology at Al-Ayen Iraqi University held a workshop titled "Electronic Absences System - Training Faculty and Absence Committee Members on How to Register and Update Absences Electronically." The workshop was presented by Asst. Lecturer Ahood Jawad.
The workshop aimed to develop faculty skills in using electronic absence management systems and enhance the efficiency of academic and administrative work within the college. In consistency with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly goal no. 4 related to quality education and goal no. 9 related to industry, innovation, and infrastructure. This is achieved by adopting digital transformation in education management and improving academic follow-up mechanisms.
This workshop is part of a series of activities organized by the Continuing Education Unit to develop faculty, keep pace with the requirements of modern education, and promote innovation at the university.
