Al-Ayen University was ranked second among Iraqi universities, according to the evaluation centers of universities and colleges announced by the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority - Student Activities Department in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The President of the University, Prof. Dr. Shafik Sh. Al-Mawla, said, "We are proud of what the Student Activities Department has achieved at our university, which was due to the great efforts of the department's staff and their hard work with students."
He added, "These results in the ministerial participations were achieved as a result of strategic plans and high-level preparation for activities and events, which resulted in these efforts. He thanked the "Director of Student Activities Department at our university, Dr. Hussein M. Tohme for his great efforts for our university to be at the forefront."
In his turn, Dr. Hussein M. Tohme, said, "We are very delighted with the achievement of this center, which came only with great preparations through the establishment of activities and events to identify the opportunities that participate in the ministry's curriculum."
He pointed out, "We aspire to be in the first place and have good teams in various activities, and they deserve to be at the forefront of the ministerial assessment."
