The Dean of Technical Engineering College Asst. Prof. Dr. Rafid S. Aljubori and his assistant Dr. Adnan Hashim represented the Chancellor of Al-Ayen University in participation in the National Carnival and Charitable market held by Assadiq (pbuh) University in Thi-Qar. The Carnival was held on the Iraqi Heroic Army establishment anniversary and receiving the students for the academic year 2021-2022.
