The head of the Artificial Intelligence Engineering Department Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarmad K. Diab, and the head of the Petroleum Engineering Department Dr. Murtada D. Abdullah met with the new teaching assistants at the College of Engineering of Al-Ayen University.
During the meeting, the heads of the two departments welcomed the new teaching assistants, emphasizing that their appointments represent a valuable addition to the college's academic staff, given their essential role in supporting the educational process and enhancing the practical and applied aspects of students' learning.
A number of recommendations were also discussed to contribute to developing the teaching assistants' skills and honing their academic and research expertise. They also emphasized the need to adhere to university regulations and maintain a team spirit in performing their assigned tasks.
The heads of the two departments indicated that the college will continue to support teaching assistants and provide them with an appropriate environment, enabling them to perform their responsibilities optimally and contribute to achieving the college's mission and objectives.
