On Thursday, September 11, 2025, the Dean of the College of Education at Al-Ayen Iraqi University participated as a member of the doctoral dissertation committee in the Physics Department, College of Science, University of Basra. The dissertation was titled "Optical Information Processing, Analysis, and Encryption for Medical Images."

This dissertation presented a study of optical information security using the principle of optical interference coupled with spatial synchronization. This participation comes within the framework of scientific and academic cooperation, which Al-Ayen Iraqi University attaches great importance to.
