The Department of Anesthesia Technology at the College of Health and Medical Technology at Al-Ayen Iraqi University conducted interviews for new teaching assistants from the department's graduates. The interviews were attended by a specialized academic committee of department professors.
This step aims to select a group of elite graduates to join the faculty and contribute to supporting the educational and research process within the college. This will contribute to preparing a qualified generation capable of serving the healthcare sector with high efficiency.
The head of the department emphasized that this initiative comes within the framework of the college's efforts to attract the creative energies of its graduates and provide them with academic opportunities that enhance the quality of university education and keep pace with the requirements of scientific developments in the field of anesthesia and medical technology.
