The Medical Laboratory Technology Department at the College of Health and Medical Technology at Al-Ayen Iraqi University conducted interviews for teaching assistants applying for academic positions in the department. The interviews were attended by a specialized committee of department professors.
These interviews aim to select distinguished academic talents from the college's graduates, who possess the necessary qualifications and experience to contribute to the educational and research process, enhancing the quality of academic outputs and contributing to the development of the university environment.
The head of the department emphasized that this step is part of the college's plans to attract creative young talent and provide them with real opportunities to be engaged in academia, serving both students and the educational process equally likely.
