In the presence of the First Deputy Governor of Dhi Qar, Prof. Razzaq Kashish Al-Ghazi, Al-Ayen Iraqi University, in cooperation with the Training and Development Department of the Dhi Qar Province Council, inaugurated a training workshop aimed at developing the leadership skills of heads of administrative units in the province (districts and sub-districts).
The workshop began with a welcoming speech delivered on behalf of the university chancellor by Asst Lecturer Abdulrahman Abbas Al-Battat, Director of the Continuing Education Department. He welcomed the attendees and emphasized the university's commitment to supporting administrative rehabilitation and development programs in the province.
The first day of the workshop featured two training sessions. The first was presented by Mr. Razzaq Kashish Al-Ghazi, who addressed the art of negotiation, highlighting the importance of this skill in the work of administrative leaders and their ability to deal with daily challenges.
The second training session, moderated by Dr. Fadel Al-Shuwaili discussed the art of etiquette and official protocol and the importance of adhering to them within administrative and official work.
The three-day workshop aims to enhance the competence of local leaders and provide them with modern management and leadership tools within the framework of institutional cooperation between the university and the local government in Dhi Qar.
