The College of Engineering at Al-Ayen University held its 13th Council session for the 2024-2025 academic year, chaired by the Dean of the College, and attended by department heads and council members.
During its session, the Council discussed the progress of the second semester exams for the first year and the results of exams for the second, third, and fourth years in various academic departments. The Council's recent directives were also reviewed, emphasizing the need to adhere to them to serve the college's academic progress.
The Council also addressed the College's needs for administrative staff and educational laboratories, in line with the requirements of the educational process and the developments taking place in engineering disciplines.
A portion of the meeting was devoted to discussing program accreditation, emphasizing the importance of completing all requirements for accreditation of the Petroleum Engineering program, as part of the College's plan to ensure quality and raise academic standards.
