The Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Pharmacy at Al-Ayen Iraqi University organized a workshop titled "Feminist Leadership and Its Impact on the Workplace" on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The lecture was delivered by Asst. Lecturer Rand Salah Nasser.
It aimed to highlight the importance of empowering women in leadership positions, examine the impact of feminist leadership styles on workplace culture, and achieve gender balance and equality. This workshop is part of ongoing efforts to promote diversity and equity in workplaces and support women in various professional fields.
