The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Engineering at Al-Ayen Iraqi University held a guidance workshop for students in the Department of Laser Engineering. The workshop addressed the topic of "Anxiety and Fear During Examinations and Appropriate Ways to Overcome Them."
The workshop was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Bassem Yahya Kreidi, who addressed the impact of anxiety on student performance during exams and ways to control the negative emotions that may accompany them and affect their academic performance. The workshop also included a set of practical guidelines that contribute to enhancing self-confidence and proper mental preparation for final exams.
This workshop is part of a series of awareness-raising activities organized by the unit, with the aim of supporting students psychologically and educationally, enabling them to pass exam periods with confidence and efficiency.
