The workshop addressed the concept of the subconscious mind and its role in shaping daily behaviors and habits and how to reprogram negative thoughts and direct mental energy toward achieving personal and professional goals. Mental techniques such as meditation, positive affirmations, and creative visualization were also discussed, as well as their role in improving mental performance and boosting self-confidence. It also featured examples of successful experiences of people who achieved life-changing results by understanding and harnessing the capabilities of the subconscious mind.
