On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, the Continuing Education Department at Al-Ayen Iraqi University AUIQ held a specialized training workshop on the SIS system for a delegation from Sumer University, including Mr. Qasim A. Hamad, Mr. Haider R. Dakhil, and Mr. Ahmed S. Saud. This workshop is part of the university's plan to enhance academic cooperation.

The workshop, titled "Mechanism for Implementing SIS Electronic Management Programs," was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sara J. Shoja, Asst.Prof. Dr. Moataz Salman and Asst.Prof. Karar S. Mohsen. The workshop reviewed and explained the mechanisms of the SIS system and its importance in managing student affairs, streamlining academic procedures, and improving the efficiency of administrative performance at universities.

Al-Ayen Iraqi University AUIQ facilitated the reception of the delegation and provided them with the opportunity to train on the system on a practical basis. This reflects its commitment to supporting the exchange of expertise between educational institutions and promoting digital transformation in the higher education sector.
