On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, the Chancellor of Al-Ayen Iraqi University Asst. Prof. Dr. Haider A Marhoon received the Chancellor of Shatra University, Prof. Dr. Basim A. Jarallah, accompanied by his Deputy for Administrative Affairs Prof. Dr. Raed Majeed Jabbar and the Secretary of the University Council Asst. Prof. Dr. Rafie Mohsen Alwan, on an official visit during which they congratulated him on his assumption of the presidency of the university.
The delegation was received by the Chancellor of Al-Ayen Iraqi University, along with the Deputy for Scientific Affairs Prof. Dr. Naseer A. Hussein. During the meeting, prospects for joint cooperation between the two universities and the strengthening of academic relations were discussed. Both sides emphasized the importance of exchanging expertise and experiences between Iraqi universities.
