Dean of the College of Education at Al-Ayen University chairs the discussion committee for a master's thesis in physics at Al-Muthanna University
Prof. Dr. Hussein B. Al-Hussaini, Dean of the College of Education at Al-Ayen Iraqi University chaired the discussion committee for the master's thesis of the student Zainab Muhammad Kazim from the Physics Department at the College of Science / Al-Muthanna University, on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at the College of Science at Al-Muthanna University.
The thesis was entitled "Modeling of Graphene based photonic crystal fiber in optical devices", and dealt with the study of modeling graphene-based crystal optical fibers and their uses in optical devices, as the student presented an accurate scientific analysis of the physical properties of these materials and the possibility of employing them in modern technological applications.
The discussion was attended by a group of specialized professors and researchers, and the committee praised the scientific effort made by the student in preparing her thesis, and also provided valuable scientific observations to enhance the quality of the research. At the end of the discussion, the student was awarded a master's degree after fulfilling the requirements of the scientific research.
It is worth noting that the participation of Dr. Al-Hussaini, in chairing this committee, reflects the keenness of Al-Ayen University to enhance academic cooperation with Iraqi universities and support scientific research in various fields.
