The Chairman of the Deans Committee of Medical Colleges in Iraq and Dean of the College of Medicine / University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Amin met during his visit to the College of Medicine/ Al-Ayen Iraqi University, with a group of students of the College, as part of enhancing communication between academic institutions and students.
The meeting was attended by the Dean of the College of Medicine / AUIQ Prof. Dr. Adnan T. Al-Khafaji, and the Dean of the College of Medicine / Thi Qar University Prof. Dr. Wajdi J. Majid, during which Dr. Amin Al-Alwani listened to the students' opinions and inquiries about the educational process and curricula.
He also stressed the keenness of the Deans Committee to develop medical education in Iraq in line with the latest international standards, and stressed the importance of diligence and distinguished academic achievement in order to prepare competent doctors who contribute to serving the community and developing the health sector in the country.
