The Council of the College of Education at Al-Ayen Iraqi University holds its sixth session with broad participation to discuss the development of education and building the capacities of teachers. The Council of the College of Education held its sixth session headed by the Dean of the College Prof. Dr. Hussein B. Al-Husseini, and attended by his Deputy for Scientific Affairs Asst. Prof. Dr. Adnan H. Abdul-Kazem, and the Deputy for the Administrative Affairs Asst. Dr. Modi L. Al-Jashmi, in addition to the heads of the scientific departments.
The session was distinguished by the special presence of employers, represented by the President of the Teachers Syndicate Prof. Hassan A. M. Al-Saeedi, and the Head of the Educational Planning Department in the Dhi Qar Education Directorate Asst. Prof. Dr. Sadiq Abdul-Ridha Awda.
The session discussed a number of important topics, most notably the development and qualification of teachers in line with the requirements of the modern era, and the necessity of keeping pace with technological development and progress in teaching methods. The importance of integration between academic institutions and the field of educational work was emphasized to achieve common goals and improve the quality of the educational process.
At the end of the session, the attendees expressed their commitment to working together to achieve a comprehensive vision for the advancement of the education sector, praising the importance of such meetings in enhancing cooperation and providing innovative solutions to the challenges facing education.
