On Monday, December 16,2024, the Dean of College of Engineering Prof. Dr. Firas F. Kazim, at Al-Ayen Iraqi University, held an expanded meeting with the teaching staff and assistants who teach first-stage students. During the meeting, he stressed the importance of adhering to academic regulations to ensure that the educational process proceeds optimally.

Dr. Firas stressed the need for classroom discipline and closely monitor student performance while adhering to taking attendance and absence on a regular basis, as this has a positive impact on enhancing discipline within the university campus. He also spoke about the importance of adhering to the components of the curriculum and implementing them in a manner consistent with the plans set to achieve distinguished educational outcomes.

During the meeting, some observations and suggestions were discussed that aim to develop the educational process and improve academic performance. The Dean indicated that the first stage represents the foundation on which the student's academic future is built, which requires a joint effort by the teaching staff to achieve the desired goals
