The Student Activities Unit at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, in cooperation with the Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies, held a symposium on the personality of Sayyida Zainab bint Ali ibn Abi Talib, peace be upon them, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Muhammad A. Attouf, and a number of faculty members and students.
The symposium, entitled "The Model Lady Zainab Al-Hawra", inaugurated with a fragrant recitation by the international Quran reciter Hajj Qasim Muqaddam, and lectured by His Eminence Sayyid Sajjad Al-Modarresi, in which he discussed that history does not immortalize a name in vain and arbitrarily unless that name has recorded a great position that deserves to remain and be immortal, and it is incumbent upon all of us, especially women, to take this immortal woman as an example and follow her great biography.
