In the research funding axis**, Dr. Ibrahim Mohammadi from UTM University of Malaysia presented a lecture entitled "Challenges Facing Obtaining Funding," in which he discussed the most prominent obstacles facing researchers in securing financial support for their research projects.
As for the axis **How to Write a Research Paper**, Dr. Ahmed Salah El-Din from the Arab Republic of Egypt presented a lecture entitled "Scientific Article Structure", in which he reviewed the foundations and main components of the scientific article and how to prepare it for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
In the **Curriculum Design** axis, Dr. Mustafa Ahmed Abbas from the Lebanese Republic presented a lecture entitled "What Should a Student Learn," focusing on methods of designing curricula that meet the needs of students and achieve advanced learning outcomes.
The **Basics of Scientific Research** axis also included a lecture presented by the Director of the Scientific Affairs Department, Dr. Maitham Talib Qasim, entitled "How to Choose a Reputable Journal," provided advice on how to choose the appropriate scientific journals for publication in a way that enhances the impact of research.
In the **Research Team Leadership** axis, Dr. Ahmed Sharafati from the Islamic Azad University in the Islamic Republic of Iran presented a lecture on "Time and Resource Management," in which he reviewed effective strategies for managing research teams and using resources in a productive manner.
The program aims to raise the efficiency of instructors and enable them with the necessary skills in scientific research, financing, and curriculum development, which contributes to enhancing the level of education at Al-Ayen Iraqi University.
