The Dean of the Pharmacy College at Al-Ayen University Asst. Prof. Dr. Qutaiba Alhajjaj attended the meeting held by the Iraqi Pharmacists Syndicate and attended by the Deans of the Iraqi private and public Pharmacy Colleges at the Syndicate Headquarters in Al-Mensour in response to the generous invitation presented by the Head of the Syndicate Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alhiti.
The meeting discussed the most important topics related to the Pharmacy Profession, the methods of improvement and responding to the challenges, health insurance law, possibility of including the law of practicing pharmacy within the syllabus of the Pharmacy Colleges in order for the pharmacists to be aware of the related laws to this profession and the necessity to enhance the students awareness about the ethics of Pharmacy, and updating the syllabuses to help graduating competent pharmacists who are capable to meet the needs and play the right role in all health sectors
