The Center for Continuing Education at our university concluded the Administrative Skills Course for the government program for developing and qualifying university leaders for the period January 7-13, 2024, which included the full set of lectures according to the topics attributed to the skills of the administrative focus of the program, which included enhancing management skills and developing the capabilities of university leaders.
This course presented modern and innovative management methods and tools, including the use of technology in management, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. This was done by a group of specialists in university administration, which gave participants the opportunity to learn about the best advanced administrative practices.
In conclusion, participants were tested for the two targeted categories (human resources and university leaders) electronically and in person on January 16, 2024, with all participants successfully passing.
