The Al-Ayen Iraqi University holds a stand in support of the Palestinian people

On Saturday, November 4, 2023, Al-Ayen Iraqi University (AUIQ) held a solidarity vigil in support of the Palestinian people for the painful events of losing many martyrs due to the massacres committed by the brutal Zionist and Israeli aggression, which claimed the lives of innocents and unarmed citizens in Gaza and the Jabalia camp.

The Chancellor of Al-Ayen Iraqi University (AUIQ) Prof. Dr. Shafik S. Shafik, his Deputy for Scientific Affairs Assoc. Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon, members of the University Council, Deans' Deputies, Departments' heads, and students of the university’s colleges and departments participated in this stand, and they launched balloons bearing pictures of martyrs and reading Surat Al-Fatiha.
