The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Ayen University, Prof. Dr. Raed M. Zughair signed a twinning agreement with the Dean of the similar College at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Sabah Q. Khalaf, with the aim of raising the scientific level and benefiting from the great academic capabilities of the two colleges. The memorandum includes scientific cooperation and standardization of curricula, establishing workshops, seminars, conferences, and other forms of cooperation to reach the desired goal of concluding the agreement.
