On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, the President of Al-Ayen University, Prof. Dr. Shafik Sh. Al Mawla, and the Vice President of the University for Administrative Affairs Asst. Prof. Dr. Atheer Y. Odeh, received, the Iraqi MP for Dhi Qar Governorate who is the Vice Chairman of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, Dr. Adel H. Al-Rikabi.
They highly welcomed the guest and appreciated his communication and inspection of the university. During the meeting, a number of issues related to higher education and the university's future plans in the field of development, scientific research and academic advancement were discussed.
In his turn, the MP confirmed his full readiness to support the university in various scientific, service and research fields that serve the people of the governorate, wishing continued success to the university, its affiliates and students.
