On November 27, 2022, the College of Medicine at Al-Ayen University received the academic year 2022-2023 first-year students.
A committee was formed to receive the students headed by Dr. Hadi Wali, then the college started scientific lectures in laboratories and classrooms right away.
Meanwhile, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Shafik Sh. Al-Mawla, the Vice-President for Scientific Affairs Asst. Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon, the Vise-President for Administrative Affairs Asst. Prof. Dr. Atheer Y. Odeh, and the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Adnan Al-Taan.
The presidency of the university and the deanship of the college emphasized their keenness to support the students of the college and guide them to be distinguished in all aspects.
